Member Registration Form

Whether you are registering as a youth member, adult helper or volunteer leader - Scouts will bring fun, adventure, new skills and a world of opportunity to youth and adults alike!

For a free 4 week trial, select New Member, enter your details and then select Temporary Member and choose your 4 preferred dates. We'll be in touch to welcome you and your scout and answer any questions ahead of your first visit. 

Annual fees 

Scouts NSW collects fees on a yearly basis, with each registration period called a Trek. The current Trek goes from 1 April to 31 March the following year. If you join part way through the Trek you pay a pro rata fee.

• One-off new member registration fee: $60
• NSW State fee: $300 p.a. (pro-rata reduction each month) - covers member insurance, Leader training, program resources and essential support facilities such as IT and communications. 
• 1st Mosman Group fee: $250 p.a. (pro-rata reduction each quarter) - covers week to week running of activities, scout halls, canoes, tents and camping equipment. 
• Additional activity-related costs include camping fees, activity days run by regional scout groups, travel. These will be communicated in each term's plan.

About Your Involvement

Our Group is volunteer run and we cannot deliver our programs without your involvement.

We will regularly need new leaders and welcome the opportunity to speak to you about becoming a leader and the benefits you will gain. We encourage everyone to register as an Adult Helper to support activities outside of the scout hall, such as camps and bushwalks.
